DRP (Dell Rewards Points) should improve.
Since becoming a member, I've always been concerned about DRP randomly expiring, having time-limits in the marketplace upon redemptions and the amount "earned" through arcade quests. It's impossible to save enough prior to purchases with these limitations and also obtaining a certain amount, at random, in quests. We should be able to save DRP, rebuy DRP in the marketplace and earn more based on certain high scores.
In conclusion, this would be very beneficial.

It's an incentive thing and not a get everything you want for free. It's pure marketing.

You can never get anything worth the effort to be honest. It's just a marketing tool that doesn't actually give you anything in return.

Let us opt out of DRP if we have no use for it. It's just stealing my ARP at this point.

Depends on the laws in your country. In Canada they are good for a year. When you earn more they are ALL good for a year from that new date. I agree, expiring rewards should not be a thing that's allowed.

I didn't even know DRP can "randomly" expire. 😵💫 My DRP have expirations that match what is stated in the Rewards FAQ on the Dell site.

When you say "earn more based on certain high scores", do you mean the bonus minigames? I can imagine the members that do not score well in such games will start to complain. 😆

If you convert to "Dell Rewards Dollars" you get another few months before they expire. Six months' worth saved up is a lot more reasonable than just three.

Nah even without expiring they are kind of useless, in my country you have to make a minimum purchace of 100€ after deduction coupon to use them, so in facts you save nothing because their products are quite expensive.

I've the same problem as Tabbou, DRP is utterly useless - frankly I'd rather the option to convert it to ARP, which is something I DO use.
