And I think I preferred the old avatars.

I don't see why we couldn't have the choice of these new avatars while also still having our old Avatars. Had I known this change was coming, I would have at least taken a screenshot of my old Avatar because I liked how I set it up.
Why bother giving us choices if within a couple of years you're just going to take them all away.
More options are always better... not fewer.

There are more avatars to choose from if you go to your 'personalization' tab.
Everyone seems a bit confused about this, given that we were only given a few choices at login.

So, did anyone get the refund for the items we bought for the old Avatars? I think Cartire said 100% refund for anything we bought this year, and 60% for anything we bought before that, but I don't see anything in my ARP progress. I only remember getting the bunny suit from A Christmas Story, but that little bit could offset getting something new, eventually, after I get used to these... things.

Might be kind of interesting to see how some of the avatars have been obtained since scrolling through some of the posts I can see some people having avatars which where not from the starting select pool nor are they even available through the marketplace. For example some that don't appear available are 1. black haired girl portrait. 2. Squid alien 3.Medusa doll 4. Stretched red alien. I'm sure there are more but this was just a quick scroll through of posts.

They are definitely AI generated, but that doesn't mean I cant like them.
The site is a bit buggy still, as the avatar things do take a couple of tries.
