Just thought I would ask the question in the region thread opposed to the Off-Topic or General Discussion thread.

I see there has been something added to the ARP system with "Life-Time Member ARP Rewards".
Additional one-time offerings have been and will be provided to users based on lifetime ARP totals and location. Such as:
- 50 pairs of tickets to Eurogamer for top ARP users in England.
- 20 pairs of spectator passes to MLG Providence for top ARP users in Northeast, USA.
As for those that live in the United States or Canada, will this offer become circulated throughout the North American regions? Just curious. I'm located in the home city of Dell... err... neighboring... and found it odd that they didn't try their home state first as a kick-off thing. IDK. Just another random thought that crossed my mind as I looked at the Digital Rewards link.
