Redemption Instructions:
- 1. Go to StarTrekOnline.com.
- 2. Log into your account or sign up for free.
- 3. Click the gear icon at the top right of the Arc Client.
- 4. Select "Activate a Product" and enter your code.
- 5. Launch the game and complete the Tutorial.
- 6. Claim the item from the Zen Store in the "Promotions" tab.

- PC only
- Item can be claimed only once per account
- Weapon is bound to character
- Services pack is bound to account
