DDOFREEQUESTS and LOTROFREEQUESTS coupon codes are now confirmed live for any who want to enter them in the in-game Store of Dungeons & Dragons Online and The Lord of the Rings Online, respectively. Free-to-play just got more free.

ETA: You will need to download the game if you haven't already, and enter the code in the in-game Store. There is a menu item for Redeem Code that is commonly used for weekly freebies. :)

Both games have made their content available for free during #stayhome and corona, and that period lasts until the end of August.

Now, these coupons make you keep most of said content after August as well. Not everything, but a very large part.

You can use the coupons until that date (31st of August), within the games open the store and use the Redeem key option.

This is definitely a good time to look into these games. DDO is the classic with serious character customization and active combat style. LotRO is based on the books of J.R.R. Tolkien (not the movies), and the world creation is beautiful.

May I ask, if I apply at LOTRO this code, what do I earn?

As Mark listed, you earn (unlock and keep forever) all the content which is not part of any of the expansions. Which is a lot. Months of gameplay, easily.

About the expansions, they made those too accessible for free until August, and you can unlock (and keep for later) those too, while not free, but for really cheap, 99 Points each. Which is roughly $1, but since you can earn Points from playing too, it's maybe 1-2 hours of play.

Mind you, it only applies to the older expansions, the latest two (Mordor and Minas Morgul) are not included in this 99 Points sale. They are accessible for free until August like the rest of the content, but after that you need to purchase them for the regular price.

Also, points in DDO are really easy for new players. 50 points for the first 5 favor on a server X 8 servers = 400 points pretty darn quick. :)

Oh boy, Just when I thought I got away, they dragged me back in to see what is free (that I havent already Grinded).
