Welcome to the Alienware Arena, ARENA REWARDS loyalty program.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN ARENA REWARDS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AS DESCRIBED BELOW. BY REGISTERING FOR AN ALIENWARE ARENA ACCOUNT, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ALSO INCLUDED IN THE ARENA REWARDS PROGRAM.

These Arena Rewards Terms and Conditions ("Rewards Terms") apply to your access to and participation in Arena Rewards which is operated by iGames, Inc. or its affiliates (collectively, "iGames", "our," "us" or "we"). These Rewards Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with iGames for other products and services. Please note that your access to and participation in the Arena Rewards is also governed by the terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements linked in these Rewards Terms, all of which (as may be changed over time) are incorporated into these Rewards Terms. In addition, these Rewards Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Alienware Arena Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between the Alienware Arena Terms of Service and these Rewards Terms, the Alienware Arena Terms of Service will control.

iGames reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Arena Rewards program and/or all or any portion of these Rewards Terms, and/or any policy pertaining to Arena Rewards at any time and in our sole discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the Tiers (defined below), rewards, or other benefits available via Arena Rewards, merge Arena Rewards with another rewards program, or adjust how ARP (defined below) are earned, calculated or redeemed. It is possible that you may be unable to receive enough Rewards Points to redeem or receive a reward if we discontinue Arena Rewards or merge it into another reward program or make any other changes. If we make changes, we will post the amended Rewards Terms to https://na.alienwarearena.com/rewards/terms and update the "Effective Date" above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Rewards Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in Arena Rewards after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes.

1. Arena Rewards Participation Eligibility

To participate in Arena Rewards, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of consent in your country of residence), and properly register for an Alienware Arena account. The program is void wherever prohibited, taxed, or regulated. Without limiting the foregoing, residents of the following countries are expressly excluded: Russia, Cuba, Iran, Ivory Coast, Myanmar, North Korea, and Syria, along with any additional countries for which the US government may restrict trade from time to time. Available rewards may vary by jurisdiction. In particular, merchandise rewards are available only in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories and protectorates). Arena Rewards is intended for personal use only, and commercial use of or by commercial customers, and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible to participate in the Arena Rewards. You may be required to show proof of age and residence. If you are under the age of majority in your state/jurisdiction of legal residence ("Minor"), you must obtain prior consent from your parent or legal guardian to register and participate in Arena Rewards and the parent or legal guardian will be deemed to have accepted these Rewards Terms on behalf of the Minor. Your parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the iGames. Failure of your parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release will invalidate your registration or participation in Arena Rewards. IF YOU DO NOT SATISFY THESE REQUIREMENTS, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN ARENA REWARDS. Participation in Arena Rewards is also subject to compliance with the requirements specified below.

2. Arena Rewards Description

Arena Rewards is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn Arena Rewards Points ("ARP") by participating and engaging in activities on the Alienware Arena website. Earning ARP will raise your level on Alienware Arena and entitle you to a variety of rewards as detailed below. These Rewards Terms provide a general overview of the Arena Rewards program. 3. Joining Arena Rewards

You are automatically enrolled in Arena Rewards when you register online for an Alienware Arena account. If you do not wish to participate, you may cancel your Alienware Arena account at any time. You can view and manage your ARP by logging into your Alienware Arena account.

4. What are ARP and How to Earn ARP

ARP are awarded based on participation and completion of activities within Alienware Arena. You can track your accumulated and redeemed ARP through your Profile page.

ARP is tallied in two ways:

ARP: Total ARP available to redeem rewards at the Marketplace.  As you redeem rewards, your ARP is reduced. 

Lifetime ARP: ARP for the life of the account regardless of what has been used to redeem rewards.  Your Lifetime ARP will determine your Tier, which dictates your access to rewards and content. 
 

Some of the ways you can earn ARP include the following (which may be supplemented by other methods as communicated via Alienware Arena):

  • Daily Quests
    • By participating in daily Quests, you may gain 5-15 ARP a day. Quests consist of short, interactive games.
  • Consecutive Logins
    • Earn ARP each day and more on consecutive days you log into Alienware Arena, up to a maximum of 7 days, at which point the counter will reset to 0.
  • Advent Calendar
    • Earn ARP and exclusive rewards within the Advent Calendar. You will receive a new reward for each accrued day you log into Alienware Arena. Rewards are based on total days logged in and not the day of the month.
  • Twitch Quests
    • Earn up to 15 ARP per day by watching participating Twitch channels. You can find a list of currently live and eligible channels here here.
  • Steam Quests
    • Play specific games on Steam and earn ARP. You can view the available Steam Quests here. Steam Quests require that you connect your Steam account and set up your Steam profile. You can find more details at Steam Quest Setup.
  • Time on Site
    • Earn up to 5 ARP per day for time spent on Alienware Arena.
  • Promotions
    • Participate in promotions on the site and earn ARP as specified for that promotion.   

5. Rewards and How to Claim Them

ARP can be redeemed in the Marketplace for rewards such as avatars, borders, and badges for customization of a user’s profile, as well as the Game Vault, Dell Rewards, and merchandise.  Available rewards will vary based on your Tier and region. ARP values assigned to rewards will vary and are subject to change without prior notice.  Digital rewards will appear in the Personalization Section.  All other rewards will be transferred to the My Rewards section. 

Canadian and US Residents Only:

Members residing within the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories and protectorates) who are at least 18 years of age are eligible for Dell Rewards and merchandise. Some rewards will require you to provide a shipping address before the reward can be redeemed.

Dell Rewards: Dell Rewards are redeemable toward purchases directly from Dell, including Alienware products, and may be provided to Alienware Arena members from time to time as a game prize, Tier reward, Marketplace claim or as a benefit of community engagement. In the United States, Dell Rewards Points expire on the following 15th day of the 4th month after issuance (see Dell Rewards terms for Canada for expiry conditions in Canada). To use your Dell Rewards, you must be or become a Dell Rewards Member. Dell Rewards is Dell’s free Loyalty Program.. UK Residents Only:

Alienware Arena account holders can earn Dell Rewards Points on qualifying purchases from Dell, plus any extra points offered for participating in activities in the Dell Rewards program. Offline purchases are also eligible to earn Rewards Points; you must use the same email address as the one used to register for your Alienware Arena account/Dell Rewards program.

You will need a Dell ‘My Account’ and must join the Dell Rewards program in order to earn and use Rewards Points. If you already have a Dell ‘MyAccount’, you will need to use the same email on Alienware Arena for the Rewards Points to apply to that account.  Otherwise, a new account (using your Alienware Arena email address) will be created for you.  Rewards Points are typically posted to your account within 30 business days after your order's ship date. You can earn a maximum of 187,500 Rewards Points in a 3-month period.  Once you have earned a minimum of 1,500 Rewards Points, you can convert these Rewards Points to Dell Cash which you can then use to get money-off your next Dell purchase (excluding Dell Outlet and select third-party products).  Dell Cash is issued in £15 increments.  Dell Cash can be used from the date of issuance to your account.  Dell Cash can only be applied against future qualifying Dell purchases with a total minimum value of £100.  Rewards Points you earn cannot be redeemed for Dell Cash the same day you make your initial purchase.  Rewards Points and Dell Cash each have different expiration dates: i) Rewards Points expire on the 15th of the fourth month following the month in which they are earned, e.g., Rewards Points earned in January will expire on the 1

5th of May of the same year; and ii) Dell Cash expires 90 days after issuance to your account, e.g., Dell Cash issued to your account on the 20th October 2022 will expire on the 18th of January 2023.  For more information regarding Dell Rewards, please visit the Dell Rewards FAQ

FR/DE Residents Only:

Dell Rewards is a free way to enjoy benefits and earn attractive rewards when you purchase your favorite technology at Dell.com/de-de. In Germany, Dell Rewards earns you points on purchases on Dell.com/de-de, which you can redeem on your next purchase from Dell in Germany in the form of savings, special offers, gaming offers and much more. Price advantages take place in the form of discount vouchers, so-called “Dell vouchers”. Dell vouchers can only be redeemed on future purchases with a minimum purchase value of €100 (amount exclusive of VAT) after rewards have been applied. Earn points easily by purchasing products at Dell.com or visiting the Dell Rewards Store and playing great games with instant chances to win points and prizes. You can also earn points for simple actions in conjunction with Dell Rewards. For example, all you have to do is fill out your profile. Australia and New Zealand Residents only:

Earning Rewards

As a member of the Program, you are eligible to earn rewards in a variety of ways, including by shopping directly with Dell at www.Dell.com/en-au or via phone with a Dell representative, engaging with select Dell content, and other methods that may be communicated by Dell from time to time. Rewards are typically deposited into your My Account within 30 days (usually when your order ships).

You can receive up to 3% of the Dell product purchase price before tax in rewards per transaction for purchases made in the Australia online Dell Store at www.Dell.com/en-au. Rewards are issued in $10 increments. The total amount of rewards that can be earned each Dell fiscal quarter shall not exceed $1,500 in rewards. (The Dell fiscal calendar begins in February.) Rewards can be earned in the following ways:

  1. Purchases from Dell. Rewards can be earned on most purchases directly from Dell (excluding purchases from Dell Outlet & Dell Premier and select third-party products and other exclusions as determined and communicated by Dell). The total number of rewards available per product purchased varies. The number of rewards that can be earned per product and total rewards available per order total will be displayed on Dell.com shop pages and in cart and checkout. Not all products are eligible for rewards, and selected products may earn extra rewards as indicated by Dell from time to time.
  2. Engagement with Dell. Rewards can also be earned within specified time periods through various methods of engagement with selected Dell content, such as logging in to your My Account, responding to Dell surveys or opting-in to Dell marketing communications. Dell may place limits on the number of times you may earn rewards for such engagements (e.g., Members only earn rewards for one My Account login per week) and these limits will be communicated to Members at the time the rewards offer is communicated.

Certain orders are not eligible for rewards, including but not limited to those placed by resellers, third parties, or as the result of fraud. Dell Outlet and Dell Premier purchases do not qualify for rewards. Dell reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue any rewards earning opportunities any time in its sole discretion.

Rewards Expiration

Rewards expire on the 15th day of the fourth month following the month in which they are earned. For example, any rewards earned in January will expire on May 15 of the same year. Dell will send you monthly notices reminding you of your rewards that are expiring. However, it is your responsibility to keep track of your rewards expiration dates.

 

6.  Program Terms

No cash equivalent is available for any reward. ARP and the related rewards are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to substitute the listed reward for one of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable, and to update the listed items at any time. If applicable, we will pay the costs of delivery of each reward. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with receipt and/or use of any reward. 

All rewards are provided and must be accepted AS IS.  iGames, Dell Technologies and each of their respective agents or representatives make no representations or warranties, express or implied, and each disclaims any and all liability as to the condition, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of products and/or services provided by or through the rewards program.

You are responsible for regularly checking your ARP and ensuring the accuracy of your totals and must notify us of any omission, incorrect entry or other discrepancy within thirty (30) days of its occurrence.

We may revoke your Alienware Arena account due to: (i) your abuse of the Rewards Program, including, without limitation, your use of any "bot," macro, or other automated means to participate in the Rewards Program or to earn ARP; (ii) your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, or any other terms and conditions applicable to Alienware Arena; (iii) the attempted or actual sale of any of your ARP or your Alienware Arena account; (iv) any misrepresentation by you; (v) suspension or termination of your Alienware Arena account; (vi) any suspected illegal or fraudulent activity; or (vii) any other conduct deemed by us, in our sole discretion, to be an abuse of the Rewards Program. If your ability to participate in the Rewards Program is revoked, any unused ARP will automatically expire and be forfeited and your future participation in the Rewards Program may be prohibited. In addition, we will have the right to take appropriate administrative or legal action as it deems appropriate. We are not responsible for ARP that expire or are lost or redeemed due to illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

 

7. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your access to the Alienware Arena website and Arena Rewards, and which contains information on how to access or correct personal data held about you, how to make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy and how iGames will deal with such a complaint.
