I have already claimed everything on the artifacts & frags page, opened the page and the quest doesn't complete, does this mean I can't complete the daily quest?

I even opened each artifact and frag buy pop up on that page and the quest didn't complete. Tried on both firefox and chrome, no luck. Anyone got other ideas?

<mention>Fruit Punch Samurai</mention> Are you sure you clicked the right quest? This relay is about the fragment for the marketplace, before the quest for the laptop existed. I use Firefox primarily and it didn't work that way.
