anyone have any luck using your ArenaBreakoutInfinite gift key? i can't enter my character name on the claim page for some reason. any tips would be appreciated.

I sent a support ticket, but hours later, after creating an account launching through steam, then doing so on the website, it took hours to sync up that I had a character after doing the tutorial, their process seems to be slow with syncing
