Another thing that should be inspected are orders being randomly cancelled on the official Dell website and money never being returned into accounts. Sometimes people will get their money back but otherwise it's a gamble to see what could and couldn't be purchased when listed. Furthermore, it's a huge hassle for anyone saving DRP and never being able to see and use that money again once it's suddenly gone forever. I really hope anyone behind-the-scenes notices and resolves these mysteriously common issues.
