They said they were going to limit it to one purchase to start. Depending on how the rollout goes, you'll be able to purchase again, but I'd assume it would be like the DRP and only renew a few times a year.

Don't do it. You'll be wasting valuable ARP, time and energy with these. Unless you have millions of ARP worth, and willing to sacrifice, this situation will be limited in stock as more people continue using it nonstop. Just buy gift cards.
