What is the point of artifacts increasing Steam Quests ARP when they do not register, or register 5 days later or we get "Discretionary Award"s (not increase by said artifacts) instead?

<mention>Czarvania</mention> The problem is not the artifact the problem is the fact that the quests are not accounted in time and to max ARP earnings you usually have to change the artifacts. Most of the time the quests are accounted days after.

<mention>Fruit Punch Samurai</mention> Community events are one thing, we are talking about weekly steamm events here, but yeah, maybe the two community events had something to do with the malfunction.
