Steam games are not refreshing. I tried yesterday and again today. I have The Finals in my Steam account, but I can’t start the quest. I also tried removing the Steam sync and re-adding it to my profile, but the issue persists.

Have you run the game for ~20 minutes, then close it, then try again?

AWA track only games that have at least 0.1 hours played, owning a game is NOT enought to start the quest, you have to play it for some time first, even 10 minutes.

play 11 min at least. wait up to an hour for steam to show the time of a least 0.1. then wait up to another hour for AW to see that steam sees it. It should then work. The steam api changed how it sees free games so that affected AW.

Played for 13 minutes and then refreshed. Now it shows up. Thank you all!

Everyone gave you the right advice but a different amount of time haha. It's Nuriell who is correct: the key is Steam's 0.1h, meaning you need a minimum of 6mn of recent played time for AWA to see you.
