Anyone else's Steam quest bugged? I launched & played my game twice for an hour and it didn't sync.

At least 3 h of gameplay, and 16 h have passed since I logged my first hour of play—without any progress being recorded for the game of my choice. I have zero points, and now I have to change my artifacts for the week. What the hell?

I played both the Choose Your Own Game and Marvel Rivals quests. The custom game quest registered my playtime within an hour, but Marvel Rivals still hasn’t after 10 hours. I’m running it for another hour to see if it registers.
