I wouldn't mind if some weeks we have only one Steam quest, easier to complete and you can kinda take a break, especially after events and stuff

This is not at all the vibe. It means less ARP if you equip artifacts that give extra quest ARP, as it gives extra ARP per quest. Meaning that we lost ARP this week for no reason, as we can only collect one bonus with the artifact
