are you asking if there is a way to know which games will be featured in the paid game quest? Or the ones that are F2P that are more often repeated.

there was an old forum post, possibly by megumin he's a national treasure, that listed all previous games that were part of steam quests. Actually I think it's the google spreadsheet link he has.
