Can somebody explain why I click on confirm within the game vault but nothing happens?

I can't even reach the claim, the page loads but it still is in "loading" and clicking any game does nothing :/

Because this site has never worked properly. Plus they do nothing to prevent bots, so the server is probably slammed with a million bots trying to claim keys.

They should do something about those Bots. Otherwise you are only getting angry customers (or ex-customers in this case). Stupid and bad for business.

This seems to happen every month. Knowing the spike of action the site gets, they need to build a more robust system that can handle the strain.
