My balance is at 475 ARP, but my profile is locked on a bugged Tier 3 border frame, completely freezing my personalization settings and preventing my tier badge from updating to Lunar II. Email support hasn't responded in a week. Please help drop the stuck asset from the backend!"

Try the discord under the community tab up top. Will probably get a faster response there, and an actual mod/admin to see it.

Instead of the "TIER 3" border, I see you have the "Neon Lights" border equipped right now. Maybe you just need to clear your cache, or open the site in private browsing.

Yeah not sure I see it everywhere and again still new and getting the hang of this. Pretty fun. I googled all that stuff and just copied and paste what the post said. Idk man just trying to figure stuff out haha plus I tried discord too

And also it doesn’t let me change anything for the profile. I’ll change the character, background, and frame but still goes back to the original profile pic

The only thing I can think of is logging out and in after hitting save on your changes. I've heard that helps, but don't 100% know.
