I feel very dumb trying to understand what artifacts are but I'm guessing it'll just make sense as I earn and upgrade them and engage with the system? The forum post didn't fully clarify the system.

Most of them will give you bonus ARP to one specific source of them. Currently in the marketplace is the Discord polls one, for example.

You can have 3 equiped at the same time, and once equiped you can't change it for 24 hours. there's 3 beginner artifacts in the marketplace for 1 ARP each and you should get an equip them ASAP, other artifacts are given/sold/rewarded slowly

each artifact gives specific rewards for specific actions, with most giving +ARP for specific actions (Steam Quests, Time on Site, Twitch, Discord, etc), most artifacts can be leveled up using Fragments to increase the bonus they give

Ah yeah starting to make more sense. I think most of the ones I was seeing aren't equippable and it didn't make total sense, but the ones for 1ARP each are much clearer.

<mention>Billbarr91</mention> The achievements and artifacts look the same. If you go to your control center with the cog top right, that page will have a list on the left. Scroll to artifacts, click it, and that will show you the ones you can use.
