how does one get the alienware symbol next to your screen name and what are the tiers under the profile pic (mine states LUNAR - how does that change?) and how does one get into tier 2+

For the Alienware symbol, you need to complete the verification process which involves completing a set of Achievements. You should be able to find them under "Profile" and then scroll down to "Achievements".

The Tiers are based on your Lifetime ARP earned. Assuming you're on PC, at the top right of the page you should see a drop down menu labeled Rewards. Click that and then "What Is Arena" and read all of that.
