Why do some people get $5 DRP and some get 10 ARP. I’ve been only getting 10 ARP?

Region Restrictions is the reason, if your region isn't allowed, then you get ARP instead

Region restriction... that it really make little sense in 2026. Even the Artifacts that are given away each months fall under the same restriction and that is even more incredible.
