How can I convert dell points to dell cash in the rewards balance page on dell.com

Redeeming DRP here and using them on the official Dell website has changed. They're now immediately accumulated on the other website for purchases but without your requirement to do it the other way when and prior you're ordering something.

They stopped allowing that for some reason. You have to just use the DRP by getting something. Remaining change may be put up as cash, but there's not much difference anyway.

if you cancel an order, return an order, or its out of stock, and never ships, the refund is as dell cash instead of drp. thats the only way I know of but its a gamble.

You no longer need to convert you can spend dell points directly.

Try purchasing something and then cancelling at the checkout page. It should convert it to Dell dollars that you can keep during the process.

All you do it choose to use the DRP during checkout and it credits your total purchase, you will see your new total during checkout
