Achievements unlocked at higher Tier, or did Dell just launch a ton of new stuff this year?

About a month or so ago, I all of a sudden got a bunch of Alienware achievement announcements. I'm now wondering what changed? Was it just me and my account, or did everyone start getting achievement cards recently?

<mention>Geosol</mention> They revamped the whole system to replace the old broken one. And even the new one still has problems. Many achievements are not working that are completed. And to be fair, they don't really do anything.
