If you truly care for the answer, then you can go browse the relays that started appearing immediately after the Game Vault opened.

Since the Vault opening was advertised for Jan 23, the easiest method would have been to visit and browse relays on 1/23 or 1/24. Now, just simply click the NEXT arrow a few times in the Relay section to reach relays posted on 1/24. 😉
