Twitch ARP seems to only work in the Twitch app, not on the mobile browser. FYI and good luck!

It does work on mobile browser as I use that and don't use apps. Just gotta make sure you research the directions on setting up the permissions etc that I did a long while back, pretty sure there are many information out there to follow.

The challenge with mobile browsers is they are more aggressive with killing inactive tabs to save RAM and battery life
