Tried to make a purchase using drp that expires at the end of the month and rewards page shows same amount expiring at the end of the month, history tab seems to show that newest drp was used. Do I need to use all of my drp to avoid expiration?

Oh that sucks. Sorry to hear that happened to you. I hope that isn’t their new policy, to use last in first out (LIFO) for DRP redemption. I’ve not read or heard that anywhere but it would be very crappy if it is. Hope you get answers.

I just had the same issue and it took a few hours for it to update. Dells AI support says it can take up to 24 hours.

Yeah last time i did that it also took a bit to show as not expiring until the next month. Had me worried for the time though.

Same thing just happened to me im assuming it just didnt update has me stressed but i remember how slowly their site updates

Check back tomorrow. The same thing happened initially to me but then the expiration updated the next day.
