Stop asking for price increases or guarantees. It's a lottery. Treat it as such. Yes, bots suck, yet,I'm sure there are other less crazy solutions. Ask the devs to require key activation within a week and you'll see resellers/bots drop off

You could also automatically redeem on the steam account bound to the alienware account, this way more trouble for people setting bots, and more chances that someone who actually want to play the game will get the game
