Maybe this is a notification to show that you can leave reviews (for 5 ARP reward) but it doesn't take into account when the event has ended?

So maybe / probably the notifications are randomly triggered for any past event. Only the text is a bit vague that iit "has ended". Maybe better if the text is like "You can leave a review for a past event".

So how do you leave a review? If you click the notification it says page not found.

It's an error that the event is removed from the Community Events history (since only 15 entries is shown there), so TF2 was from 2024 Sep 09, so it got expired so removed from the page (being 16th entry there)
