Hello Neighbor Alpha 1 Early Alpha Access Available

After the success with the open pre-alpha (which you can still play for free by the way), tinyBuild Games announced Alpha 1 Early Access for purchase. It's $29.99 on their site. By supporting them this early, you will get the full game on launch day but experience upcoming changes to the game and see how the game evolves into the final product. It's mad buggy though just like pre-alpha so don't expect the smoothest gameplay. Go watch that trailer to get a glimpse of what to expect. It's definitely more complex than the pre-alpha, which was only one story. This build has a two story house with freaking sharks??? Not even sure how it's possible to have a pool with a shark upstairs in your house but okay. It also features more puzzles (they warn the math puzzle induces PTSD?) and there are BB guns, phones, and graveyards. Not sure why he has that in his house... spoopy I guess. And no, there's no basement gameplay, just like the pre-alpha. They definitely wouldn't spoil what everyone's been dying to figure out for the past few months in an early access build. Their goal for Alpha 1 is to figure out what gameplay elements work best.

Before you buy it though, make sure you meet their recommended requirements. It will only run on 64-bit Windows and they recommend at least 8GB of RAM, an i5 CPU, and a GT 770. I'm considering supporting them. What about you guys? Any of you jumping into it as early as possible or would you rather wait for a completed product?

Also here's some luls...

He will do anything to stop you... even breaking a window in his house and jumping from the second floor to catch you. What a tryhard.

Nope, not backing it.  That sentence right there tells me they don't know what they're doing. XP

Hmm, I can see why you think that but I don't think that's what they're saying. It's more of a test to see if players enjoy added random crap like sharks or even a second floor in the house. They have a lot in their heads they want to implement but if the players don't like it, it would be pointless. That's why they release a little bit of different elements in each build to gauge what players think. I think this kinda works for a game like this.
