Dell Rewards Update

Galactic
  • 3

Hey all!

Dell Rewards are temporarily on pause. Users can still claim Dell Rewards in the Marketplace, but it'll take about a week for them to show up. We're making some upgrades to the system (can't say what yet), which is causing the delay.

Again, Dell Rewards can still be purchased, but will not be transferred to Dell until after the upgrade is complete next week.

If you happen to claim them in this window of time and do not see anything by next week, go ahead and email support and we'll make sure they get manually issued to your account.

Dell Rewards are pretty weirdly set up still. So... 500 ARP for $10. But 4500 ARP for $50. It costs 9X more for $50... which is only 5X more in value. That is one of the most nonsensical rewards on the market.

Can you just redeem your ARP on the $10 reward five times to get a total $50?

Each can only be claimed once.

I don't want to answer that... because I'm afraid they'll change it the second I do.

Darn. Just realized I cannot claim any Dell Rewards under the new system, because ARP 6.0 didn't reset the previous claims.

Yep. And how long do you think it will take for them to fix it? 2025? Or never?

Resetting the system? Rather than being broken, I suppose that ARP 6.0 was set up that way on purpose.
