According to a redditor, who claims to be a Mod from the Server:
As a mod in the channel i can say that some of the info here is wrong.
The beta key will stick with you for the game, and the game stays in your steam library in case another beta happens or the game goes to lauch
How to get a key:
Join the Discord server here
Type:
!getkey
in the Channel "Beta Keys" and only there!
A bot will DM you the Key.

I've just got mine, so it works, but hurry up, because those giveaways usually run out of keys pretty fast, even if devs want otherwise, because of limits on generation of keys by Steam - currently like 5 are claimed each minute.
