Dell Support and Sales - Am I Being Punked?

I feel like I'm being punked by Dell. My purchase experience was miserable. Spent $4,000. Send me someone's else's build. Treat me like I stole it. Investigation. Delivered laptop to random address. Thought my power supply was defective. Was getting burning hot. Got a replacement. Packing slip said no need for return. No return label supplied. Please recycle. Got a letter and 2 emails saying they didn't receive the defective part and my Support Service has been suspended. Support that I paid for. Nowhere did the packing slip say that the part was to be returned. Good thing I didn't recycle the power adapter.

My experience with Dell over the last 20 years has been great and have always felt that I got what they promised.  I even had a $3900 dollar computer that for some reason kept blowing up video cards.  Dell replaced the Video card 5 times, mother board, processor, and RAM once.  Still could not fix the issue of the computer blowing up video card.  So after a year and half, the called me and offered me a brand new computer that turned out to be better than the one I had originally bought.  I have nothing but good experiences with Dell.  I guess my only complaint is that it is very hard to deal with technicl support people because the can be really hard to understand at times since they dont speak English well or their accent makes it hard to understand them.
