Now with a hamster: Overwatch will have a free weekend.

The company Blizzard announced another free weekend in the popular online shooter Overwatch. Owners of PC, PS4 and Xbox One will get access to the game on August 23, from 21:00. The free weekend ends on August 28 at 09:59.

Traditionally, during the event, players will have free access to all twenty-eight Overwatch heroes, and it will be possible to play for the recently appeared war hamster Taran. Players will be able to raise the level of characters in all eighteen battlefields in any modes, including "Quick game", "Your game" and "Arcade". As trophies they will receive seasonal containers of Summer Games and cosmetic items. Only prizes and achievements will be turned off. By tradition, after the weekend, all the progress achieved will continue, if you buy the game.
Owners of the PS4 console will be able to participate in the free overwatch output without a PlayStation Plus subscription. But for the game on the Xbox One will require Xbox Live Gold.
