I have a couple questions about artifacts! First, do any avatar clothes in the marketplace have a buff associated with them? If so is there something I should target? Second, are any of the starter artifacts worth upgrading? If so is it worth investing the 150 ARP early to get 10 fragments to upgrade, or just wait for the daily calendar to give me some fragments?
