I have a couple questions about artifacts! First, do any avatar clothes in the marketplace have a buff associated with them? If so is there something I should target? Second, are any of the starter artifacts worth upgrading? If so is it worth investing the 150 ARP early to get 10 fragments to upgrade, or just wait for the daily calendar to give me some fragments? Thanks for the tips! 3 starter artifacts.

The Avatar system is just cosmetic. The Artifact system is separate, and investing ARP into it will depend on your motivation in the long run: https://alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2167784

It's going to take a long time to save up fragments and purchase the better artifacts (when available), so I would definitely upgrade the starter artifact for discounts: Mysterious Text

Always buy the fragments from the store when they're available. The amount to upgrade goes up up with each stage, so you'll need as many fragments as you can get your hands on to max out the better artifacts.

Marketplace avatar clothes don’t have buffs (just cosmetic for now). As for starter artifacts, a few are decent early on, but it’s usually better to **save ARP** and wait for daily rewards to stack up fragments. If you’re close to an upgrad

yeah buy fragments if you can. And the starter twitch artifact is good if you are twitching each day. i still use mine and i've been around for 8 months
