Hello, I still have not received the Pin (ordered 2024-07-05) and Keychain (ordered 2024-06-21) but I have received the XL Mousepad ordered after (ordered 2024-08-28).I have ordered the Keychain again because since a few weeks I can order it again (no more written as claimed).I wrote several times to the Alienware Arena support but they never answered :(
I used the e-mails : contact@alienwarearena.com, prizes@alienwarearena.com, europe@alienwarearena.com.
What can I do to receive the ordered Pin and Keychai

Nothing you can do but wait. At least you got something that you ordered. I ordered the Plush in April and the mousepad in May but haven't gotten anything or heard anything about either of them. No response from those emails sent either.
