Second time I try to join a community giveaway and it says I'm not eligible to participate. (first Metal: Hellsinger, now The Quarry) I'm Interstellar tier. Anyone Else?

Most likely region locked. Maybe there should be a way to filter those or simply show "you're not elegible" before actually trying to enter.

Yeah, could be the region thing, but is not clear when we are eligible cause the giveaway don't show if there is such restriction

Country restriction. For example, The Quarry is only available to 2 countries.
