I never post, but I'm frustrated to the max! This was the first time I really wanted something from the vault. Waited a month. Then the date was wrong! I tried at 1200 on the 24th. And Noon. Nothing. So I try on the 25th, but at the last minute I have an emergency. I get back at 1215 and the game is out of stock?
That's nuts! I had no idea it was like the midnight release of a new title at Gamestop back in the day. I can't ever plan on being able to use my ARP.
Next time can you get the Date right?

Use Google for the identify the time the Vault opens. Seriously! My time zone is GMT +1, so not translate neither of the given time. Also, keys ran out like half minute, so timing is very crucial!

it was on the 24th 12PM PST ie 8PM UTC, I don't understand how we're still having people who don't know to account for timezones

You can sleep at night knowing, that even if you were 1 minute late you would not have chance of getting the top games, usually gone in a second.

It opens at 2 am on my time, I made the mistake of staying up once. At exact 2 am I was online and site crashed when I clicked the claim for the game I wanted. When the site was back up running a minute later it was already out.

OK folks. 1200 on the 24th STARTS that day. It is not the END of that day. There is no second 1200PM in a day! I was online and trying at 1200am for 01/24 and at 1200pm on 01/24. This released at 1200am for 01/25.

I do thank folks for responding, It does confirm that it's useless to try again and that my ARP is useless unless I want to redecorate my avatar. That's useful so I don't waste my time feeling like I can actually do anything with it.

The time and date was correct, I am sorry but this was clearly user error on your side for failing to use google to get the time translated into your timezone.

Do you evidence for that "1200 on the 24th"? Look at the "2000 UTC" in this New Year's post: https://alienwarearena.com/relay/560deeb5-e0b0-49be-b5fb-e488270a9757

I'm guessing you mixed up "PST" with "PM", but 1200PM does not apply to only one time zone in the world.
