Is there any way of farming Twitch ARP on mobile?

All you need to farm twitch arp is for the alienware widget on the channel you are watching, to say that. So, if the twitch mobile app doesnt do that, its twitch's fault not AWA's.

To add to that, you could always try setting your mobile browser to desktop mode.

Yes, it works. I had to use Chrome instead of my usual Firefox as the widget doesn't load in FF. Put the browser on desktop mode, scroll down until you see the widget then put the video on fullscreen to stop the screen turning off.
