Yes, all From Software games are good. Sekiro and Elden Ring are also worth playing though not technically part of the Souls series.

It depends. Some love it, some hate it, like me. What's your taste? It's like pineapple on pizza. You can't as "is it a good ga" because it's subjective. Certainly it has had a huge impact on the games industry.
