Physical Rewards...

I claimed 6 physical rewards from the Marketplace 6 months ago, have yet to receive any of them or any indication on when or IF I even will. I recall seeing on Discord awhile ago, an admin(Jon I believe?) stating that rewards are shipped once a month... So???  

The last time I claimed a physical reward(Alienware Jersey), it took more than a year and countless emails before I was finally refunded my ARP.(still no Jersey). Starting to feel like déjà vu!

Wondering if anyone who claimed Physical Rewards from the Marketplace recently have received yet?

In the USA, it took about two weeks for the mousepads to be shipped out after I claimed them last month.

I believe that Gaming Outfitters handles the promo merchandise for AWA.

I'm in Canada, so I expect it to take a little longer than the 2 weeks in your case. However, going on 6 months now is absurd.  

Yes, I've emailed contact@alienwarearena and Gaming Outfitters.... several times each and haven't received a single response.

If you want any kind of response from AWA management/support nowadays, you have to go to the AWA Discord server to ask your question(s) now.  Stupid as it is, you will rarely (if ever) get any kind of response on from anybody on AWA's own website anymore.  A PM directly to one of the AWA powers-that-be might work, but I would not hold my breath!  Best of luck to you.

Yeah I had the same issue when ordering and when it finally arrived it was not the complete order. I got no response when I contacted Alienware about it. This happened a couple of years ago and is not an isolated issue as the forum has a few posts about the problem with people not receiving items in a timely manner or if at all. I will say that did not stop me from ordering again and I got the large mouse pad this year and it did arrive in a timely manner

Wow, I forgot all about the jersey. I really wanted it, but I get that merch sometimes becomes unavailable permanently. Still, it would've been nice to get a replacement or the ARP refunded
