I wish we received more notice about boosters... I have at least a dozen unused boosters that I save for days when I can actually utilize them efficiently.

"Couple of weeks" is somewhat vague - will that be 2 weeks? Or 3? Or a month?
I personally have 6 of them still, some people have even more...
Would be nice to know a faze-out date with more precision so we can use them and not lose them because we couldn't plan ahead.

P.S. I am still a bit salty about losing a lot of ARP that I could've used for getting rewards when it was converted rather abruptly last year or so. Expect a lot of people being very bitter and vocal if the same situation happens now with boosters.

You nerf ARP gain due to the vault yet have it open up during the worst time possible for EU because it's at like 2~4AM.

Why not focus on having it open up twice and split the amount of keys available so EU can also gain them during like 8AM when it opens up a 2nd time.

Also what are you going to do about Giveaway tiers? Like the Tier 5 giveaways, it's just a complete joke right now because it's non existing.

You should rework tier rewards too because they are a complete joke with each having their own tier giveaway and the custom title for tier 5 while it was possible to change it when you were master bronze/silver before rework.

There will still be 3, it will replace of the spots for a paid game

Do boosters stack?  I have a lot of boosters to use and a 'couple weeks' would not be enough time to use them all.

Being able to choose our own Steam Quests is awesome and a very welcome change.  I imagine that couldn't have been easy to implement, so props to the folks who made it happen.

I am, however, a bit disappointed to read that AWA buckled to the complaints that Game Vault items were too expensive.  Some items, on occasion, seemed priced a bit higher than maybe they should've been, but the "big" games, the expensive triple-A new releases, were always grossly underpriced.  Assuming an AWA member was engaging in all the ways to earn ARP, and wasn't spending it elsewhere, there's no reason they couldn't afford something from the Game Vault every other month or, worse case scenario for someone who just joined and didn't have any Artifacts or someone who opted not to buy the Artifacts from the Marketplace, every 3 months.  That's not too shabby.  (And if someone wasn't making an effort to earn ARP, or chose not to invest in the Artifacts, then their inability to buy something from the Game Vault more frequently was entirely their choice.  And I thought the Game Vault was meant to reward the active, dedicated members of the community?)  The greater issue, I would argue, and the true hurdle to people being able to get something from the Game Vault, remains the limited quantities of the games therein.  In fact, making stuff cheaper is only going to exacerbate this problem, as I suspect more people are frustrated by stuff being sold out in a matter of miinutes rather than the prices being too high.

(Edit: It appears my fears may have been unfounded, as this month's Game Vault prices - and Tier requirements - are solid.)

But that's a small quibble and I trust you'll find a way to balance things in the end.  All in all, I'm excited by these changes - and appreciate the heads-up that boosters will be phased out soon, so we need to use 'em or lose 'em.  Having the ability to choose our own Steam Quests, which will help us maximize our boosters, came at just the right time!
