Sources from ❤ めぐ ☕ みん ❤ say this is acquired by a 'code' like the 50 ARP code.

Legitimately have no clue how to get this. I hope this thread will garner more insight.

Doing the impossible for the ungrateful, frequently.

Cartire (Admin) has it. Found 30th March. The +10% ARP is for the Gold level so it's upgradable.

How to get it? Therein lies the problem, no idea.

I spotted Cartire has it by googling alienware H'erkow Plasma Chamber.

I was never good at those weekly quests we had years ago and this sounds a bit like one of those so I doubt I'd be much help. Probably looking in the wrong place but I did notice one of the artifacts you can purchase now is called "H'erkow Warrior Chant" and the image is a bunch of symbols. Perhaps there is some way to decipher the symbols in to a code to redeem for it. I'm sure I'm probably wrong but it is the best I got.

EDIT:

Yea that definitely isn't right as I see someone else has it and unlocked it on March 30th which is before those artifacts came out. Just assumed the admin had it early for testing purposes.

Right around the same time that April Fool's artifact was released?
The same one that reduced overall ARP percentage earned?
What if the prank was that it wasn't a prank and there is a secret process to upgrade it?

The user snow0815 also has that artifact, found on 31.3. That one doesn't seem to be an admin, so it might actually be available somehow.

Something I just remembered that could totally not be related (but anything's worth consideration at this point): cartire was spending a lot of time 24/7-streaming a placeholder on Twitch around that time.

Interesting thought. I did pop in to that stream a few times but don't recall what was even on the stream now. Too bad there is no archive of it.

In it it states such a chaotic artifact exists that has an " ALL ARP INCREASE (yes, this is like a permanent booster, but also yes, this will be an extremely rare perk)" .

It also states:

-"As well, you can equip 3 chaotics at the same time (more to be released in the future) and sets do exist allowing for even MORE perks to activate if all are equipped"

-"There will be multiple ways you can win one without spending ARP"

-"Each one releases at its own schedule through its own method. If you miss one they will return in the future, but not soon"

It appears there is a method to the madness.
