1. Create or log in to your Alienware Arena account.
2. Click the "GET KEY" button.
3. Launch Black Desert Online through Steam or Launch Black Desert Online through the Web Launcher.
4. Press ESC --> Adventurer Support (F11) --> Use Coupon (4) and enter the coupon key.
5. Open your in-game mailbox (B).
