  • 21

I just got the $50 Dell Rewards option for leveling and used it to buy a 7-port C2G 7-Port USB Hub for Chromebooks, Laptops and Desktops - Hub - 7 x USB 2.0 - desktop and it cost me nothing in the end...thank you Alienware Arena and Dell for the items to choose from

How do you get these coupons... I mean from what level do you start earning coupons...??
Are these available randomly or you have to complete some other activity...???

Every level, Casual through Elite, allows you to choose one of five rewards, one of which is a dollar amount in Dell Rewards.  Casual offers a $10.00 reward, and the rewards increase by $10.00 at each level, ending with $50.00 at Elite Level.  You can only pick one of the five rewards at each level one time, then you have to pick a different reward the next time around.  You will pass through each level five times on your way to Master Interstellar.

You are currently at the Veteran Level, so if you have not done so yet, you can select a reward from the Veteran Level, and then you can also go back to the Enthusiast and Casual Levels to select a reward from each of them.  Just find the ARP symbol (The third symbol from the right on the top right side of the AWA screen if you are using a PC), and click on it.  Then on the resulting personal profile on the right side of the screen, click on whatever level you want to look at.  The rewards available for that level will be displayed across the top.  Click on the reward you want, answer the resulting questions, and the selected reward will be delivered to your profile, or in the case of a physical object, it will be shipped to you (usually) in a very reasonable amount of time.

You don't have to pick a reward each time you level up.  Dell Reward Dollars expire and must be used before a predetermined amount of time (60-days?) once they are issued.  AWA rules allow you to wait to collect any of the rewards, which means you can collect all of the Dell Reward Dollars all at once (sometimes called stacking - Thanks MysteriousMrX), and use them to buy something bigger than you would otherwise be able to get.

Hope this helps...  Good luck, and have a little fun every day!

Dang, dang, dang. Wish I had known that sooner, could be working towards a hellacious monitor. Thank you StarMaker. I love when I learn something new. On the flip side I do like the clothes,,,,wish they offered sweat pants or workout shorts.

Is this a USA only thing? I can't find it and I live in Canada.

USA and Canada at the moment.  You can find the rewards you can pick here:

https://na.alienwarearena.com/rewards

The Dell $ rewards stack, so you have enough ARP (and it appears you do), you can claim all the rewards at once to maximize the discount you get.  They can take a while to get credited, but depending on what you want you may want to wait until a major sale comes up.

I wish you could earn Dell Rewards more than once. Every time I click on it now, it does not show claim. I wish that would have started over too in the new year.
