Party Hard Speedrun Any% (28:20) World Record

I'm very proud of this run. Despite the fact that I didn't beat each level optimally and went to the workshop twice, I was able to finish most of the levels the first try. I also had good RNG throughout the run. It's a solid run overall. The time has been readjusted since my timer pauses at every split.
