A New York police officer decided to go look for a missing kid in chat rooms... and he found him.

Of course it's nice the missing kid was found, but I guess it's a little scary how the police can also be looking for you in a place like that. I think most people don't want to worry about playing while the police is around.

I don't have a problem with that at all. There is no expectation to privacy in those types of forums and the cop was doing what he was paid to do by the citizens of his city. Find the missing teen and he did!. Job well done, in my opinion.
