Xbox Games with Gold March 2019 Free Games News: Major Nelson to reveal latest games soon
Xbox One Games with Gold subscribers don't have to wait too much longer before they discover which new free games are coming as part of the March 2019 Games with Gold lineup.
The existing crop of Games with Gold titles for February is only available for another four days (not including today) so, obviously, we're fast approaching that window where Microsoft's Major Nelson unveils the new Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles coming for March 2019.
In truth, we're surprised it's not been revealed so far!
In the vast majority of cases, the Games with Gold announcement has been made on or just after the 22nd of the month. This isn't always the case though. In some instances, the announcement has been as late as the 27th.

Last July, Sony announced the PlayStation Plus titles a full day before Xbox revealed their own assortment of free subscriber-only games.
Something which, previously, never happened.
And with February being a short month, you would have assumed the announcement would have arrived last week.
So, whilst we're expecting an announcement fairly soon - possibly before the PS Plus March 2019 reveal NEXT Wednesday - we're also aware that, as of late, Microsoft has thrown out its rulebook somewhat.
Regardless this doesn't alter the fact that players may notice some rumours and leaks in the days ahead, especially given Microsoft's propensity to accidentally reveal the games on the Xbox dashboard before making the announcement official.
Although, we suspect that they won't announce them until after Major Nelson has revealed this week's new Deal with Gold discounts on Tuesday.
It's also worth noting to take any sites 'predictions' with a massive dollop of salt, since, there's not really any form or formula for suggesting what games Xbox could look to include.
It's potluck at the best of times.
We suppose, the only games you could suggest, are original Xbox titles, since in recent months Xbox have made more efforts to include those retro titles when they can.
The February lineup being a good example, as it included Xbox Original, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.
So they might include another, but with a limited selection to begin with, don't count your chickens!

Every month Xbox Live Gold members will receive four new free games – two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360.
Typically, Games With Gold includes two titles available for a period of two weeks and another two available for a month. It can get confusing and you don't want to accidentally miss out on downloading a great game, so it's worth marking the dates down on your calendar to ensure you don't miss out.
Equally, you shouldn't forget that two of the games included are from the Xbox 360 era, and that means both titles can be played on your Xbox One thanks to the console's backwards compatibility features.
Plus, now that the Xbox One has a dedicated Xbox 360 backwards compatibility store, you can easily search for, find, and download these games should you forget to download them for free during Games with Gold.
