Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s Cultist Quest [SOLVED]

Entitled “The Serpent’s Lair”, this Assassin’s Creed Odyssey quest has the main character dress up as a cultist in order to infiltrate the antagonist organization. While this quest is mechanically straightforward, but story heavy, there seems to be a problem occurring with some players. It’s worth mentioning that this is not happening to everyone, but some are reporting becoming stuck in this cultist garb after the completion of the quest.

Changing armor doesn’t work, and there seems to be no real way to fix the issue. The only solution to this glitch is to reload an older save and redo the quest. For players aware of this glitch before beginning the quest it is recommended saving often in order to avoid this unfortunate fate.
