Magical and musical adventure Fe is out

EA has announced that Fe, the fantastical narrative adventure game from Swedish Zombie Vikings and Stick it to the Man developer Zoink Games, is available now. The first title to launch via EA's new EA Originals indie games program, Fe features the eponymous "cub-like" creature running, climbing and gliding his way through the Nordic forest.

In Fe, you'll discover the origins of the game's protagonist while protecting the ecosystem from menacing machines known as the 'Silent Ones'. A wordless narrative experience, Fe learns to speak "the language of the forest", which means singing in-tune with the plants and animals, all of which grant gameplay benefits that will aid you in your journey.

"In Fe, sounds connect every living thing in the diverse ecosystem," said Zoink Games CEO and Creative Lead, Klaus Lyngeled. “The forest holds a multitude of secrets to be uncovered by connecting with the flora and fauna. As a wordless experience, the entire story is up for the players’ own interpretation as they move through the forest at their own pace. Fe is a beautiful, connected world that players will never want to leave.”

Fe is out now for PC, priced at 20 dollars.
