Survival game Fade to Silence lowers the temperature below zero
If you think that survival titles in post-apocalyptic worlds have come out of the fashion, you may be right, but with you does not agree the publishing house THQ Nordic. Namely, they have just announced one such game, called Fade to Silence. But unlike most games presented at the Game Awards, this is going to be released this year. However, on 14 December follows Early Access version of the same.
The premise is known - you are gathering resources in the cold environment and trying to maintain body temperature just enough to tell that you are alive. You play in the role of Ash (not the one that trains Pokemons) then manage with a shelter seeking survivors. There will be a map of eight square kilometers, and through it we will be able to drive also sleds.
Fade to Silence specializes in a dynamic system of weather conditions that represent the greatest threat and the best aid in survival. If you know how to read the changes of weather, you will know how far you can go before becoming a block of ice. Also, snow in this game will not only be snow, but also an indication of where to hunt, because traces in the snow will reveal the active places of animals.
